Check with CA whether they'll support this (I don't think they will).
If thats ok then...
Make sure you've got all the correct libraries installed and that all env
paths are correct (I had symbolic links missing which was then throwing o=
ut
"symbol reference" errors when compiling).
I didn't really have to change utcom.def, although this file is handy for
putting in compiler switches for debugging such as the good'ole "-v"
The other ingres file to check is abflnk.opt - the library paths are in
here.

Yes. Take a look at $II_SYSTEM/ingres/files/utcom.def.
Change the qc, sc, and c entries to suit.
